JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Petitioners being married and unmarried sisters of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after about five years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family and the accusation of demanding dowry after five years of marriage appears to be unreasonable. Moreover the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or

No.25259 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
