21-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted with iron rod on the head of mother of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case. The injury sustained by the mother of informant has been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioner claims clean antecedents Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
