JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA) 22-08-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that LPA No. 989 of 2018 got dismissed for default due to noncompliance of the order, dated 07.01.2020, within the peremptory time granted by this Court.

Learned counsel further submits that other defects were removed within the time, however, defect no. 4 could not be removed, which is for filing of entire set of writ petition.

Patna High Court MJC No.2171 of 2022(4) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 He, however, submits that if the complete set of the writ petitioner has not been filed yet, the same shall be filed within a period four weeks.

Considering the aforesaid submission, LPA No. 989 of 2018, is restored to its original file subject to removal of defects, if any, by learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.
