JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard Sri Ravi Bhushan Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 298 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 332, 333 , 427, 153(A), 295, 298(A) of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that on the date of occurrence he had gone to Ajmer Sharif and as such there was no occasion for the petitioner to participate in the occurrence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26780 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 I have perused the material available on record. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail. The petition stands dismissed.
