JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught by the police and one loaded country-made pistol, one dagger and two live cartridges as well as a mobile were recovered from his possession. It is alleged that the petitioner along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07-01-2015 and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36861 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 each in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
