The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 21.10.2019 and 18.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 45271 of 2019 and 68198 of 2019 respectively, as contained in Annexure Nos. 3 and 4 to the bail petition. Further submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61896 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
