JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have caught by the police while he was making attempt to remove battery from a mobile tower and it is also alleged that screwdriver and other apparatus were recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26.04.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
