One loaded country-made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 13-03-2015.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of his period of detention in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
