Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a Khanti blow at the head of the informant.

Submission is that for throwing colours on the occasion of Holi, some trivial altercation had taken place and concocted allegation was levelled. The Doctor has found injury caused by hard and blunt substance whereas Khanti is a weapon of penetration. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2019. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on
