JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 6 of the bail petition. Heard.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 877C of 2016 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing the complaisantopposite party no. 2 by her husband and in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and also to remove from her matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the complainant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51814 of 2017 (2) dt.03-11-2017 and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Complaint Case No. 877C of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
