The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 410 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 382 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant and his father. As far as the petitioner is concerned, he is said to have given a bamboo blow on the head of the informant, resulting in injury on the head. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a young boy of 18 years and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 29.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57824 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 410 of 2019.
