The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.587 of 2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is a civil dispute between both the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal
