Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-47 of the Excise Act.

Nine bottles of beer of 650 ml as well as 400 ml country-made liquor kept in two bottles were recovered from house of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 11-04-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahishi P.S.
