====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 624/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 (B) (D), 504, 506, 448, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made by the informant Amrita Kumari that she used to attend her duty on bicycle and, on the fateful day, the petitioners intercepted her in between Sukulwan Khurd and Dabhibhatta and torn her wearing and tried to commit rape upon her and saved by Om Prakash Yadav, who identified the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.208 of 2019(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
