The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.04.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.41462 of 2014 as in the fifth paragraph, of the order inadvertently, "S.D.J.M., Araria" has been recorded in stead of " S.D.J.M., Purnea". The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the original petition. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the original petition.

In view of the aforesaid, let in the fifth paragraph of the order dated 13.04.2015 be read as "S.D.J.M., Purnea" in stead of " S.D.J.M., Araria ".

The order dated 13.04.2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
