Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in Para-1 of the petition.

Petitioner being sister of the husband of the informant is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the marriage between the informant and her husband Pramod Prasad was performed 1112 years ago from the date of lodging of the case. The husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law used to torture her for bringing dowry from her matrimonial house and if the demand of dowry is not fulfilled, the husband of the petitioner will perform second marriage. On 25.09.2013, when the informant was eating fish,

No.26229 of 2016 (2) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 then the father-in-law, mother-in-law, husband and the petitioner started assaulting her and the husband after pouring kerosene oil on her body, burnt her and she became unconscious. Therefore, she was brought to Apollo Burns Hospital, Patna. After regaining sense, the informant has given her statement and later on she succumbed to injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the sister-in-law of the informant. Accusation is not specific against her, against the husband and other coaccused. The parents of the husband of the victim Yogendra Sah and Meena Devi have been granted bail by another co-ordinate bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 195 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
