2 The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 342, 323, 325, 307, 337, 338, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner and others assaulted the family members of the informant, as a result of which they sustained injuries.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Injury report does not support the prosecution case.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64193 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Several co-accused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 1883/2022.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
