The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 379 and 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of entering into the house and making attempt to ravish the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 10.03.2015 the FIR was registered on 14.03.2015 and in the background of serious land dispute the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36392 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
