The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1550C of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the Mediation Report, it appears that the dispute between the parties has resolved.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is living with the opposite party no. 2 with full dignity and honour.

No.58110 of 2019(7) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 1550C of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. The court concerned/Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria will verify the fact as to whether the opposite party no. 2 is living with the petitioner or not, and after being satisfied, the court below will accept the bail bond of the petitioner.
