2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that some unknown miscreants have entered into the house of the informant in his absence by breaking the lock of his house and has committed loot of Rs. 7000/-, gold chain, ornaments, etc.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioners have transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused, namely, Suman Kumar and the same has got no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that recovery of gold chain, silver payal along with other article from the possession of petitioner no. 2 and Rs. 600/- from the possession of the petitioner no. 1 have been shown falsely to implicate them in the present case. The petitioners are in custody since 02.05.2025 and have got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with
