JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kesariya P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B) and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and allegation against her and other is of causing death of the deceased for demand of dowry.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has falsely been made accused in this case and she happens to be mother in law of the deceased and no specific allegation has been attributed to her.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission,

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additinoal Chief Judicial Magistrate- XI, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Kesariya P.S.
