The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 201, 376, 384, 387, 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of 13 years of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79448 of 2018(3) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
