JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47 A of the Excise Act. In huge quantity country made liquor were recovered from a truck which was being driven by the petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2 was working as Khalasi on the aforesaid truck. Both the above stated petitioners were caught red handed at the time of alleged recovery.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection
