The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Palasi P.S.Case No.50 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 120(B), 384 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that earlier the petitioner no.1 has filed a Complaint Case No.147(C) of 2015 against the complainant as contained in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59016 of 2017 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 Annexure-2. He further submits that in order to take vengeance of earlier complaint case the informant has filed the present complaint case against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Araria, in Palasi P.S.Case No.50 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
