The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was on bail but he could not appear in court. On 01.11. 2007, bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled. The petitioner is in jail since 15.02.2015 and has already remained in jail for 61⁄2 months for misuse of privilege of bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2004.
