One kilogram ganja is said to have been recovered from the dicky of motorcycle of the petitioner and the petitioner as well as one co-accused were caught at the time of recovery. Taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody and also keeping in mind that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Motihari-cum-Special Judge NDPS, East Champaran in NDPS case no. 18/2015 arising out of Govindganj P.S. Case no. 74/2015.
