2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos.2 and 3 vide order dated 24.05.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara in A.B.P. No.474 of 2022 in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.437 of 2021.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is not in progress, therefore, this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the case.
