2. The petitioners have sought review of the order passed by this Court on 21st of April, 2016 in C.W.J.C. No. 4249 of 2016 whereby the Parcel Porters appointed by the contractor were held not holding civil post and thus not entitled to invoke the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

3. Under the garb of Review Application, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to re-argue the matter, particularly

5/5 replying upon an order passed by the Calcutta Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal.

4. We do not find that such is the ground for review of the order as there is no error apparent on record.
