JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the RBI that the Bank is always ready to comply with the orders of this Court but for getting the payments the petitioner will have to produce the original Zamindari Bond for which letters have been written.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has gone out of station due to illness in the family and shall be coming back in the next week and producing the bond before the RBI.

In view of the aforesaid position, it appears that there is no violation of the order under contempt.
