JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard Mr. Sanjay Parasmani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case 812 of 2013 for the offences punishable under sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Parasmani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner with reference to the allegation submits that although the petitioner has been charged with assault on the informant by dagger but the injury report present at Annexure-2 does not reflect any dagger injury rather there are bruises on the face and which has been found to be simple in nature and caused by blunt substance.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44398 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 Regard being had to the circumstances, let the petitioner namely, Sonu Rai @ Sonu Kamar be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.812 of 2013.
