The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. case No. 35 of 2018 registered under Section 323, 504, 354(B), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that she was having friendship with Md. Tabrez for last two years. Her family members negotiating for her marriage. The informant informed Md. Tabrez about the negotiation. On such, Md. Tabrez requested her to flee away from the house so that they may solemnize marriage. The informant came out from her house after taking her belongings and ornaments but Md. Tabrez took her ornaments and fled away.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the allegations are false and concocted. When the petitioner did

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.35 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
