The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barachatti(Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.647 of 2018 registered under Sections 4 and 2 of M.M.(DR) Act, Section 4 and 40 of Bihar Mines and Minerals Act and Section 6 sub section 4, 5(a), 5(c) and 8(a) of Bihar Minerals Illegal Transportation and Storage Act.
The informant got information that huge quantity of sand was stored in the field of Manoj Singh. The informant alleged that the petitioner and others have stored the sand. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody has seen the petitioner storing sand on the land of Manoj Singh.
Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.706 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti(Mohanpur) P.S.
