2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21A and 21C of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a patient of blood cancer. He further submits that 1.010 Kg of smack (Brown Sugar) has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and he has three criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 24.04.2023.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The Trial Court is directed to get the trial of all the cases and conclude the same at the earliest.

7. The Special Judge, Gopalganj will see to it that the petitioner gets proper treatment for his ailment and he will be sent to the Hospital in custody for the treatment as and when required.
