JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2016 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner disclosing this fact that earlier petitioner was made accused in four criminal cases but the aforesaid fact was left to be mentioned at paragraph-3 of the petition.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the informant.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 365, 323, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioner that he along with others forcibly took the informant for the purpose of marriage

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26284 of 2016 (3) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 but informant anyhow eluded from the clutches of the petitioner and others.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that investigation against the petitioner has already been completed, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. IV, Samastipur in connection with Mohaddin Nagar P.S. Case No.65 of 2016.
