1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing/commanding the concerned respondents to remove the encroachment from the 16 Feet wide Public Road, connecting to Plot No. 630, Khesra No.

5566, Tauzi No. 5130, situated at MauzaDigha, Keshri Nagar, Thana- Patliputra, in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15694 of 2024(2) dt.17-10-2024 2/2 town and District- Patna.

(ii) It is also prayed to adjudicate and hold that the public movement has been forcibly put on hold by the private respondents by erecting structure over the road.

(iii) For issuance of appropriate direction to the authority concerned including the local police to ensure that the public road is not encroached by the residents of the area concerned for any other purpose, other than the public movement."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
