Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, in the present case, both the parties with the intervention of this Court are willing to settle the dispute. In the opinion of this Court, if the parties are willing to settle the dispute, they can approach the learned court below by filing an appropriate petition. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order taking cognizance.
