The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Alamnagar P.S. Case No.27 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police has received an information that seven criminals armed with weapons have committed robbery with Manjesh Kumar and his two companions shot firing at Kari Devi. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
