Patna High Court CWJC No.19504 of 2019(2) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 The issue involved in the present writ application is grant of approval to the petitioners' appointment on different teaching and non-teaching posts in the Madarsa Ashrafia Rahmania Mathaur, P.S. - Kasba, District - Purnea. Since the power and jurisdiction to grant approval to the appointment is vested with the Madarsa Board, the Madarsa Board is, hereby, directed to take appropriate decision with regard to the approval to the appointment of the petitioners at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. After appropriate decision by the Madarsa Board concerned, the respondents may consider the case of the petitioners for grant of consequential benefits.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
