The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019, registered under Sections 270, 272, 328, 467, 468, 471, 472, 419, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 and 6 of the Trade Mark Act and Sections 30, 30(a), 35(e), 36 and 38 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that nothing has

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 (G.R. No. 468 of 2019) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
