Misc. No. 33933 of 2021 inadvertently in the first paragraph and in the prayer portion it was typed as learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai instead of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhagalpur, accordingly in the order dated 01.12.2021 it was recorded as learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai instead of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhagalpur.
In view of the pleadings made in the modification
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.511 of 2022(2) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 application, let the order dated 01.12.2021 be modified to the extent that the same be read as "to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhagalpur" instead of "to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai". Learned counsel for the petitioner is also permitted to rectify the cause title of the modification application within two weeks after the Court starts in physical mode. The modification application is allowed.
