JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S.Case No. 11 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323 and 427 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is that they having armed with lathi, danda and sword assaulted the informant with intention to kill him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that FIR itself shows that there is dispute between the persons of two villages and as such he has falsely been implicated but nothing has been attributed against them and they have no criminal antecedents.

No.79902 of 2018(3) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M-XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
