The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

From the bed of the petitioner one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not present and the recovery has been made from joint family house.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six
