This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Patahi P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as disclosed in paragraph 3 of the application, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, hos application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
