This is the second attempt for grant of bail. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 30.11.2015 vide Cr.Misc.No.52046 of 2015. While dismissing the prayer for bail, this Court had observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. Accordingly, after completion of six months, the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been renewed.
