JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Routa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 363, 366, 379, 385, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has love affair with the daughter of the informant and both are major.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stating that the girl is still traceless.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a

No.80106 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court and pray for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of materials available on record by the court below.
