Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner No. 1 assaulted with Khanti on the head of the informant whereas petitioner No. 2 assaulted with lathi on the head of the wife of the informant when other accused persons assaulted other family members of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injuries have been found to be superficial, simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35415 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 informant that specific accusation of assault is against the petitioners.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, there being counter version of the occurrence and the nature of injuries, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 233 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
