====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Om Prakash Upadhyay for the petitioner.

The Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur, Ara by order dated 02.06.2015 directed the petitioner to pay Rs.4,000 as monthly maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act and further, directed to pay Rs.5,000 as litigation expenses. Admittedly, the petitioner is the husband who is constable and is getting Rs.30,000 according to the wife. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the Court below considered the earning of the petitioner and thereafter directed the petitioner to pay the amount.

Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Saurabh/- U T
