2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. The petitioner is the sister of the accused Bipin Mistry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim was taken to her house and that she was kept at the house of the petitioner for a short period.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-POCSO Act, Khagaria/ concerned Court in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025.
