JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 448, 504, 436 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of abusing the blind wife of the informant and giving life threatening. Subsequently, house of the informant was put on fire, as a result house hold articles worth Rs. 50,000/- were burnt to ashes.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is counter version of the occurrence and the accusation has been levelled only on suspicion. For the occurrence of 24.03.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 27.03.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37238 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
