Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Purushottampur P.S.Case No.50 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of dragging the informant's mother to his Darwaza by catching hold her hair. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from the impugned order itself.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59714 of 2019(2) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Kumud Ranjan, J.M. Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Purushottampur P.S.case No.50 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
